Jennifer & Jean's Final Rose
From a romantic proposal in Casablanca to a tropical wedding weekend on the coast of Mexico, former Bachelorette contestant Jean Blanc and Jennifer Parker infused every chapter of their love story with intention, style, and unforgettable experiences. On August 10, 2024, the couple welcomed family and friends to Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita for a destination wedding weekend that blended cinematic romance with modern tropical luxury, later featured in Over The Moon.
Planned alongside Brianne Garritano of Michigan Avenue Events, the celebration welcomed guests to the private peninsula of Punta Mita for a tropical luxury experience inspired by vibrant Mexican color palettes, elevated resort living, and the glamorous vacation energy of The White Lotus.
Set along pristine beaches with dramatic ocean views and lush tropical surroundings, the Four Seasons became the backdrop for a wedding weekend that blended relaxed coastal elegance with high-energy celebration.
The overall aesthetic embraced vibrant pinks, oranges, and tropical textures layered against modern design elements, creating a colorful yet sophisticated atmosphere throughout the weekend.
Jennifer’s bridal style reflected the effortless luxury of the setting. She wore a charmeuse satin gown by Paloma Blanca featuring draped sleeves and delicate three-dimensional floral detailing, paired with custom reception fashion from Mira Couture and jewelry by Verstolo.
Meanwhile, the groom and his groomsmen spent the morning of the wedding enjoying tequila tastings at the resort before preparing for the ceremony overlooking the ocean.
The ceremony took place directly on the sand, surrounded by lush floral installations by Edenia Studio and officiated by Jennifer’s brother.
Just as guests settled into the ceremony, rain began to fall across the beach as the Reverend bestowed blessings in prayer upon the couple. In a moment that felt almost cinematic, guests raised umbrellas, distributed by the planning team in advance, creating a dramatic and visually stunning scene beneath the storm.
As quickly as the rain arrived, it disappeared shortly after the couple exchanged vows, leaving behind glowing skies and an unforgettable atmosphere for the remainder of the evening.
The ceremony balanced emotional intimacy with sweeping destination-wedding grandeur, becoming one of the defining moments of the entire weekend.
Following the ceremony, guests transitioned into a vibrant reception filled with authentic Mexican cuisine, emotional toasts, and nonstop music.
Jennifer and Jean made their grand entrance to Beyoncé’s “Crazy in Love,” immediately setting the tone for an energetic evening ahead. The couple also surprised guests with a choreographed first dance medley after taking lessons together leading up to the wedding.
Music played a major role throughout the celebration, with DJ Duerell Jones keeping the dance floor packed late into the night.
The overall reception design reflected the same tropical luxury aesthetic carried throughout the weekend; colorful florals, warm candlelight, and elevated details layered against the natural beauty of Punta Mita.
For Jennifer and Jean, the wedding was never solely about the ceremony itself. Instead, the weekend became a shared experience centered around joy, connection, travel, and unforgettable moments with family and friends.
