What type of planning do you offer?
We offer full-service planning for luxury events, conferences, galas, weddings, birthdays and fabulous celebrations of all types, including destination events. We prefer to plan with our clients from start through finish (full planning) to ensure the best experience. This includes venue scouting, vendor recommendations and selection to full event production and execution. Oftentimes we get requests for custom projections and consultation.

How far in advance should we hire a planner?
Most weddings and large-scale galas are booked 9-18 months in advance, especially for peak season (May-October) or destination celebrations. For corporate events and smaller gatherings, 3-6 months is typically sufficient. Reach out even if your timeline is tight; we can often accommodate based on availability.
Where do you plan events?
While Chicago is home base, we regularly plan across the North Shore, Southwest Michigan, New York City, and destinations worldwide. Our process travels with you, wherever the celebration takes place.
What's included in full-service planning?
Full-service planning covers venue selection, vendor management, design and styling, budget oversight, timeline creation, guest experience, logistics, and day-of production, from the first conversation through the final farewell.
Do you offer partial planning or day-of coordination?
Our focus is full-service planning to ensure the most seamless experience, but we understand every celebration is different. Reach out to discuss your specific needs and we'll let you know what's possible.
How do you select vendors for our event?
We work with a trusted network of the finest venues, caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainment teams built over two decades. We match vendors to your vision, budget, and style rather than using a one-size-fits-all list.
