The story
A beautiful Thoi Noi Vietnamese First Birthday Party was planned with lots of love and vibrant shades of red and pink for Valentine's Day. The event was set in the Plumeria Garden of The Four Seasons Maui Resort and was complete with a special ukulele performance by Marvin Tevaga who was surrounded by a bed of roses designed by Mandy Grace Designs.
