The story
The 45th Annual Columbian Ball celebrated science in everyday life while elevating donor engagement, sponsorship visibility, and fundraising performance. Guests entered beneath dramatic architectural uplighting that illuminated the museum's iconic façade in bold orange, red and violet hues. Custom graphic installations, vivid florals and impactful details seamlessly integrated into the evening's vibrant audiovisual programming. Glass beakers and flasks filled with luminous liquids became sculptural décor moments, while tropical florals including birds of paradise, hydrangea, snapdragons, anthurium, and pincushion protea symbolized the chemistry between nature and science.
