The Presidential Suite at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago is one of our favorite places in the city to get ready in on such an important weekend in one’s life. The bi-level suite is great for having a large group while still being able to enjoy more intimate moments upstairs in your primary room.

Transformation of the Ritz-Carlton Ballroom: From Crystal Chuppah to Starry Night Theme Reception

The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom, the epitome of elegance and sophistication, underwent an exquisite transformation designed to captivate and inspire. The journey began with the delicate assembly of the crystal chuppah from Craig Singer’s team at Epic Events. The crystals radiated a twinkle that honored the solemnity and sparkle of the client’s personalities. Adorned with d shimmering accents, this breathtaking structure served as the centerpiece of the Jewish wedding simcha, creating an enchanting atmosphere for the exchanging of vows.

As the celebration transitioned from the intimate ceremony to the grand reception, the ballroom's ambiance shifted dramatically setting the stage for an alluring starry night theme. The ballroom was enveloped in deep hues reminiscent of a evening sky that our clients and their guests could get lost in. Luxurious fabric draped the walls and twinkling fairy lights peeked through, mimicking stars.

Tables dressed in exquisite linens from BBJ Linens, table details from Tablescapes and Halls Rentals as well as gorgeous chairs from Nuage Designs created lots of dimension across the ballroom. Various sparkling centerpieces that featured a mix of soft candlelight and delicate florals invited guests into the extraordinary ambience.

As guests arrive, they were welcomed into the wonderland of glittering constellations and incredible music from The Gold Coast All Stars. The atmosphere was further enriched with atmospheric lighting enhancing the sensory experience and encouraging joyful celebration.

This glitzy reception further transitioned into an unforgettable After Party featuring nonstop energy of house and electronic music from DJ Ankit. This luxurious and joyful celebration at the Ritz-Carlton stands as a testament to the bespoke luxury and meticulous planning that Michigan Avenue Events delivers, ensuring each event is a reflection of the clients’ unique vision, hopes and desires.
