The day began at Ragdale Residency, where Lorelei got ready surrounded by the property’s gardens and artistic history. The intimate setting offered a beautiful beginning to the celebration–personal, relaxed, and entirely connected to the character of Lake Forest.

From there, the beauty of the Chicago Botanic Garden provided an extraordinary setting for their celebration. The couple exchanged vows in the English Walled Garden an enchanting setting filled with classic garden beauty and old-world charm. Surrounded by lush greenery and blooms, the ceremony felt intimate and romantic, allowing the natural landscape to become part of the experience.

Following the garden ceremony and cocktail hour, guests were welcomed into the transformed Pavilion for the reception. Enchanting chandeliers illuminated the space, while lush, elaborate floral arrangements brought an elevated garden aesthetic. The result was an atmosphere that felt romantic, sophisticated, and entirely immersive.
